Zephyr

Key Lime Pie

Just one spoonful and your palate will explode with the taste of fresh whipped cream, followed by the tartness of tart Key limes. Next comes the Pièce de résistance; a wonderful shortcake crust finish. You’ll think you’re eating a real slice of Key Lime Pie!

Doberge Cake

We are excited to introduce Doberge Cake, which now joins Praline, Hurricane, Creole Cream Cheese and King Cake; all iconic New Orleans flavors first introduced by SnoWizard. This rich, moist cake consists of six thin layers of old-fashioned butter cake, layered in between with rich chocolate custard and covered with a chocolate ganach. It was created by Beulah Ledner at her New Orleans bakery in 1933. Your taste buds will beg for more!
