SnoWizard has captured the real taste of the famous
Red Velvet Cake in it's newest flavor concentrate. Red
Velvet Cake is formulated with all the tastes of the
original recipe from the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New
York. The color is a rich, dark velvety red. The taste

as a cream flavor. |

The True story of the Red Velvet
Cake.
A woman having lunch at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York
City, ordered Red Velvet Cake for dessert. Red Velvet Cake
was a specialty of the hotel. The woman loved the cake so
much that she asked the chef for the recipe, which he gladly
provided her. Upon her departure from the hotel she was presented
her bill, which included an unexplained amount of $500.00.
Upon inquiring, she was informed that this amount was for
the Red Velvet Cake recipe. She refused to pay.
The matter went to court and the ruling was in favor of the
hotel. Wanting some feeling of retribution, she began giving
this famous recipe to everyone she new. Soon afterward, the
recipe found its way into newspaper and magazine articles
everywhere.
