Our trailer sales increase quickly as each new season approaches. March through July are peak months for trailer sales. Please plan ahead and allow plenty of time if you are considering making a purchase, especially if ordering a custom trailer. Additional time may also be required for ordering and delivery of custom concession equipment. We recommend that you allow 6 to 8 weeks for all trailers that include special order equipment.

Transportation Charges
Trailers can be shipped factory direct to your location; however, shipment of a single trailer is very expensive. Trailers picked up at our facility in New Orleans, Louisiana carry destination charges of approximately $350.00 to $450.00, depending on current fuel rates. Current transportation charges are approximately $1.75 to $2.00 per mile. Some customers choose to pick up their trailer at the factory to save on destinations charges.

Available Colors
All stock trailers are white in color. This is the most popular choice of colors, as white provides the best background to show off our dynamic graphics. A selection of optional colors is also available. Actual trailer colors may vary slightly from those shown on our website as they may be affected by individual computer settings, displays, and other variables beyond our control.

Trailers with custom colors generally take 4 to 6 weeks to manufacture. Please note that most all of our graphic designs show off best on a white background. Selecting a trailer color other than white will have a dramatic effect on the overall appearance of our graphics, or yours. Please keep this in mind when considering optional colors.

Graphics
Graphics are applied to trailers upon receipt of deposit or full payment. We keep many of our standard graphic lettering and decals in stock for immediate application or purchase. Some premium graphic packages and full wraps require three (3) days production time, plus an additional day for application. If picking up a trailer at one of our locations and using our graphics, please allow sufficient time for graphic production and application. Trailers may be purchased with or without graphics.

Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to order a trailer if one is not available in stock. Trailers that are ordered must be fully paid and picked up or delivered, within thirty (30) days of completion. A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit will reserve any stock trailer for purchase. Any trailer that is reserved must be purchased within thirty (30 days) or the deposit is forfeited. Deposits and/or full payment of trailers must be in the form of check, money order or cash. Due to certain restrictions, we cannot accept credit cards for payment of trailers.

Health Department Regulations
Before purchasing ours, or any brand trailer, we highly recommend that you check with your local Health Department for current regulations or requirements on the use of concession trailers in you area. Regulations vary from State to State and may vary between counties. While our trailers will meet or exceed most requirements, there may be exceptional ones in your area that may need to be addressed. The State of California has special requirements. SnoWizard and Fibrecore are not responsible for trailers purchased that do not meet your local Health Department regulations and no refunds or adjustments are allowed.

Taxes, License and Registration
Taxes, license and registration fees are not included in the purchase price of trailers, and are additional. Trailers require a license plate just as do vehicles and utility trailers. Please contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or other authorized agent for obtaining your license plate.

SnoWizard does not collect any sales taxes on the purchase of trailers. Taxes are paid at the time you register and obtain your license plate with your State or local DMV office or other authorized agent.

SnoWizard, Inc. is a Louisiana State licensed trailer dealer. We issue your title, and can also provide license and registration services for all Louisiana residents purchasing and registering trailers in the State of Louisiana. We provide all notarial services and can issue you a temporary license plate. We are your full-service company!
