The manufacturer warrants each trailer to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal service and use, for ten (10) full years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.

The warranty period is effective from the date of shipment, or proof of the original date that the product was purchased.

       Warranty of component parts or equipment purchased from outside manufacturers or used in the product shall be limited to the warranty of the respective manufacturer of the parts or products.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care and maintenance, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, loss of parts, or subjecting the unit to any but the specified voltage.

       If warranty service is required, the manufacturer shall determine whether repair of replacement is appropriate. The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages to property or persons, including any hauling fees, hotel expenses, telephone calls, meals or other expenses.

To obtain warranty service, written authorization for the return of the defective product must be obtained from Gerich Fiberglass, Inc., Fibre Core TechnologieUpon receipt, the defective product will be inspected by the manufacturer for determination of repair or replacement of the products. All returned products must be returned to the factory, freight prepaid, by the customers.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties except that of title, whether written, oral or implied.
